Use this to download a list of towns in the specified coordinates. You can export the list of towns to a format that can be read by the import towns or import land patch created by Zydeco and McZapkie, respectively.

These settings decide if towns will be set as small, medium or large. Specify the real-world population limits for each size.

Water image map to text file

You can use this to convert a water map image to the text format that works with McZapkie's patch. Any pixel that contains a BLUE value over 127 (50%) will be set as a water tile. That means you can draw your rivers and lakes as layer in your heightmap.

This tool is supposed to be used with McZapkie's patch (see thread)
Use a black background and draw blue water and save as an image that is the same size as your heightmap.
You should select the same map size in OpenTTD as your water image dimensions, or it won't work.
This only works with Counter-Clockwise rotation setting when importing the heightmap.
Pixels with Alpha less than 50% will be skipped
