apparently you can buy a private island in the caribbean shore by Nicaragua with a house and staff for around 2.300.000 SEK… a entrepreneur couple bought a different island that is next to it and renovated the house on it and built some luxury stuff and are letting people rent it for around 90.000 SEK per week.
